Rosso di Montalcino is Castello Banfi’s “superclassic“. This delicious wine harmoniously combines the elegance and majesty of its older brother (Brunello di Montalcino) with the freshness and spontaneity that make it versatile.
The Sangiovese grapes to create the Rosso di Montalcino are harvested from vineyards located on the slopes in the southern part of the Montalcino region.
The Castello Banfi winery is the first in the world to be recognized as completely sustainable from an ethical, social and, above all, environmental point of view. It also holds a leadership position in terms of customer satisfaction.
Castello Banfi has repeatedly won titles, including “Best International Winery of the Year“, as well as the title of “Best Italian Winery of the Year“, which the company has been awarded 9 times!
